2) What Rated Dent Repair does (and does not do)

Customers can upload vehicle damage photos and request quote guidance. We may match requests with suitable local dent repair, PDR, SMART repair, bumper scuff, scratch repair, alloy wheel, and minor bodywork specialists. Repairer profile and directory pages are provided so customers can compare local options.

Rated Dent Repair helps route enquiries, but Rated Dent Repair is not the repairer. We do not carry out vehicle repairs and we do not guarantee every request will be matched, specialist availability, pricing, or workmanship quality.

Before booking, customers should check the repairer's credentials, insurance, warranties, pricing, and availability directly.

3) Quote requests and sharing with specialists

You must provide accurate contact, location, vehicle, and damage information. Photos should clearly show the damage. Quote requests are not bookings, and submitting a request does not commit you to proceed with repairs.

No customer payment is taken for submitting a quote request unless future payment features are introduced with separate checkout information.

If you consent, your request may be shared with up to 5 matched independent repair specialists. Shared details may include your name, contact details, preferred contact method, postcode or location, vehicle details, damage notes, and uploaded photos. Matched repairers may contact you directly about quote guidance and availability.

Quote requests and uploaded photos are private lead data and are not published on public repairer profile pages.

4) Independent repair specialists and responsibilities

Repairers are independent businesses. Any repair quote, booking, contract, payment, or repair work is directly between you and the repairer.

Customers should confirm final price, scope, timing, location, insurance, warranty, and terms directly with the chosen repairer before agreeing to work.

Repairers should provide accurate profile details, only claim profiles they are authorised to manage, handle customer data securely, use lead data only for the relevant request, and comply with applicable laws and customer-facing obligations.

5) Photos, uploaded content, and reviews

Uploaded photos are treated as private lead data. They may be accessed by Rated Dent Repair admin or support users and relevant matched repairers where needed to process your request.

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate content. Avoid photos that include people, house numbers, keys, ID documents, payment cards, or unrelated sensitive information. We may reject requests or remove content that appears unsafe, abusive, spammy, or unsuitable.

If review features are used, approved reviews may be displayed publicly and may include a public display name. Email addresses and phone numbers are not displayed publicly. We may moderate, reject, or remove reviews that appear fake, abusive, misleading, defamatory, or irrelevant.

6) Prices, payments, bookings, and listings

Prices and quote guidance are provided by repairers, not Rated Dent Repair. Estimates may change after in-person inspection because photos may not show all damage. Confirm final pricing before approving work.

Quote requests currently do not require payment from customers. If paid lead credits or payment features are introduced later, separate payment terms may apply. Customers should use agreed payment methods and be cautious with unusual deposit requests.

Unless a dedicated booking feature is introduced, appointments, cancellations, refunds, and changes are arranged directly with the repairer under their own terms.

Directory profiles may be seeded from public or repairer-supplied information. We aim to keep listings useful, but cannot guarantee every listing is complete, current, or error-free. Repairers can request updates or claim profiles.

7) Acceptable use, accounts, and access

• Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful requests.
• Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
• Do not impersonate another person or business.
• Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the platform.
• Do not attempt to access private lead data or use customer data for unrelated marketing.
• Do not interfere with site security or platform operations.

Repairer and admin account holders must keep login access secure. We may restrict, suspend, or remove access where these terms are breached. Repairers are responsible for activity carried out through their account.

8) Service availability and limitation of responsibility

We may update, change, pause, or remove features at any time as the marketplace develops. Access may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable.

Rated Dent Repair helps connect customers and repairers, but is not responsible for repair work carried out by independent businesses. We do not guarantee outcomes, prices, or availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

9) Privacy, contact, and dispute handling

Personal data and uploaded photos are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how data is collected, used, shared, and retained.

You can contact Rated Dent Repair about quote request issues, listing updates, and privacy concerns via the Contact page. If your issue is about repair quality, pricing, cancellation, or workmanship, contact the repairer first. We may help route information but are not the repair contract party.
